Cancellation Policy (Before the Event)
We know plans change. If you’re no longer able to attend an AI Momentum Lab workshop, here’s how we handle cancellations:
- 7+ days before the event: You’re welcome to transfer your ticket to one of our next two upcoming workshops — no questions asked.
- Less than 7 days before the event: We’ll do our best to hold a spot for you at a future event, but space is limited and transfers are not guaranteed.
- No-shows: If you don’t show up and haven’t reached out, we’re unable to offer a transfer or refund.
Why the cutoff? Our events are small and hands-on. We plan the experience around the people attending — and last-minute cancellations leave seats we can’t refill.
Refund Policy (After the Event)
Because our workshops are interactive, customized, and packed with value, we do not offer monetary refunds — especially if you attended the event, in whole or in part.
We take your time and business seriously, and we pour everything we’ve got into making this an experience you can apply immediately. That said, if you attended and still felt the workshop didn’t deliver, we’d love to hear your feedback. We’re always learning and improving.
